I use the accordion folder for the map bits and duo tang with business card holders filled with the shop. It doesn't bother me that the box doesn't close fully. It's by far the least expensive solution. (Won't have anything painted for the first game, but I'm hoping to have the party painted by the second scenario. I am starting my first game this weekend and I'm stoked! The game is all ready to go. So our storage was about $25 all told-and definitely worth every penny. We found some special edition Plano boxes in a 3 pack at Walmart for like $12, then got a single one of the same size but knock off brand for $3. Usually takes ~ 5 minutes to set up/take down. I play with just one other person, who tends to get monsters set up while I get map tiles and overlay tiles. Once you get familiar with the shapes it takes very little time to sort through the tiles. Whenever we start setting up I put them all in the lid. We just have the map tiles loose in the box. Then various cards are rubber banded together in whatever way makes sense. This is the one we have but others would surely work too. Super convenient and makes setting up soooo much easier. Each slot holds the big monster card and their modifier cards. We also use a 48-disc CD binder for monster cards. For overlay tiles I made a legend/map taped to the inside of the lid, like suggested in “yet another storage solution.) this is SO helpful. We use four of those too: 1 for overlay tiles, 1 for various things we always need (coins, summons, damage tokens, effect tokens) which stays open on the table while playing, and 2 for monsters (1 for humanoid and the other for non humanoid).
